Growing up watching my world champion father, one thing became clear to me early on: successful people do things differently.
When I started Hitfit, my goal wasn't to build a franchise. I simply wanted to create one of the best boutique gyms in the world.
Over the years, we became the most reviewed boxing gym in the Southern Hemisphere, won multiple business awards, built a community of thousands of members and generated seven figures in annual revenue.
While changing lives has always been my biggest motivation, the success of the business allowed me to achieve a lifelong dream of paying off my parents' home.
It was only then that I started thinking about how we could replicate this success.
My mission evolved from changing lives through boxing to helping others change lives by giving them the opportunity to own their own boxing gym.
Because great gyms aren't built by brands or systems alone.
At the heart of every great gym is an operator who genuinely cares about their community.
That's why we're selective about who we partner with.
We're not looking for hundreds of locations. We're looking for the right people.

How many gyms are currently open?
There are currently 8 Hitfit gyms operating across Australia, with select territories planned for future expansion.
Have any gyms closed?
No. Every Hitfit gym that has opened remains open and operating today, with no locations having closed since the brand launched in 2019.
What is the estimated initial investment?
The initial investment can range between $250,000-$350,000. This includes the $50,000 Franchise fee and required operating capital.
What are your royalties?
The total Hitfit royalty is 10% of gross sales paid monthly.
Do you help me identify my territory & location?
Absolutely! Before signing a Franchise agreement, we will work together to identify a convenient, available and demographically viable territory. Once you are an official franchise partner, we will work with you to help find the ideal location and negotiate favourable lease terms.
How long does it take to open a Hitfit gym?
The franchise discovery process should take anywhere between 30 to 60 days. On average, it takes 4 to 6 months to open your gym from the time your franchise agreement has been signed.
Can I keep my current job and hire someone to run my Hitfit?
We believe a full-time, dedicated effort is required to make your Hitfit gym successful. If you are unable to leave your job at the present time, you will need to find a full-time operating partner who can.
Do you provide training?
Certainly! Once your location has been selected and lease signed, you will receive a full week of Hitfit University training at our head office in Melbourne, Victoria. You will continue to receive coaching and support from our experienced Hitfit head office staff.
